What is Data Controller?
When it comes to how and why personal data is processed, the decision rests with the person in charge of that data: the data controller. Your organisation is the data controller if it chooses why and how the information about an individual should be used. As a data controller, you have a responsibility to ensure that your employees are adhering to your policies and procedures.
