A Data protection inventory is a list of all the personal data that you have in your possession and how you manage it. It can include both sensitive and non-sensitive data, as well as any other information about how you collect, use, or store the data. This can include things like the names and contact details of your customers, the names and contact details of suppliers, and information about how you use their data.
