Rickard Carlsson
CEO & Co-founder, Detectify
As a co-founder of Detectify, Rickard has grown a group of ethical hackers with an idea for how to make the internet more secure to a successful, global security company working with some of the world’s leading companies. With his background in applied mathematics and his experience as a management consultant at McKinsey, he has led Detectify to pioneer the emerging external attack surface management product category, based on the success of the company’s other products since its launch 2013. He has lived and worked in Sweden, India, and the US. When he’s not working he can often be found outdoors, looking for the next great backcountry ski run or doing Scandinavian-inspired building projects.
Emrick Etheridge
Information Security Consultant, DataGuard
Emrick Etheridge is an Information Security Consultant and a certified ISO 27001 Lead Auditor. Emrick studied Computer Science at Anglia Ruskin University (Cambridge) before entering a world of Digital Forensics and Information Security for a Cambridge based company. In these roles, he consulted merchants who required either an investigation or re-certification. Emrick was also a certified Cyber Essentials assessor at the heart of the pandemic which proved to be an interesting time in industry.
